Brooklyn Holiday Bazaar is a true work of love. There’s months of planning and effort behind it, and it’s such a reward to see it come to life every year. It’s also a project with many incredibly talented people involved, and if you’ll indulge me, I have many people to thank here for their kick-ass work:

  • Thank you to our makers for their outstanding work and their support.
  • Thank you to our food vendors for their delicious offerings (I’ve been dreaming of Palo Santo’s pork tacos for the last couple of days).
  • Thank you to our drinks partners Greenhook Ginsmiths and Descendant Cider – you both were fantastic, cheers!
  • Thank you to Health Ade Kombucha – we’re obsessed with the Super Teas they premiered at the event.
  • Thank you to our craft partners Loome and NY Kids Club of Park Slope, who got creative with little crowd both days and were such a hit they ran out of supplies.
  • Thank you to our DJ’s – my dear friend Jason Edwards aka DJ Supadisco, and DJ Joey Piazza.
  • Thank you to the all-star team at Cleaning Brooklyn, who ran the gift-wrapping station with a smile!
  • Thank you to our partner Square for their support and championing small businesses.
  • Big thank you to the incredibly wonderful team at 501 Union – I almost want to get married again just to have my wedding at 501.
  • Thank you to Dan Marino Photography for helping us set up the photo booth with little-to-no notice, and to the beautiful Abby Palanca for making the best props.
  • Thank you to my husband and partner in crime Brent, and the rest of our team at mimoYmima for bringing together some pretty awesome marketing behind the event.
  • And most of all, thank you to everyone who came and shopped their wallets out! Thanks for supporting local makers!

Until the next one.
